Involves a written test on site any of Think Design offices or online, depending on candidate’s preference. Shortlisted candidates from this stage move to the next stage.
Involves detailed interview. He may be asked questions that help us assess his communication skills, overall attitude and level of preparedness for the role s/he is being interviewed for. Candidates selected at this stage further move to Onboarding.
